WEIBUILD and Middle Eastern Construction Giant ACC Commence Robotic Construction Collaboration Following Successful Dubai Project Sample Acceptance
In a recent milestone, WEIBUILD's construction robots successfully completed sample construction acceptance procedures at Arabian Construction Company's (ACC) Dubai residential project. ACC's project management team commended the robotic construction outcomes, expressing anticipation for broader adoption of WEIBUILD's solutions in subsequent phases.
As a highly influential construction conglomerate in the Middle East, ACC operates across the Middle East, Africa, and India, delivering numerous iconic architectural landmarks. Maintaining rigorous standards for construction quality, safety protocols, and delivery efficiency, ACC upholds stringent partner selection criteria. To address industry challenges such as manual labor inefficiency and inconsistent quality, ACC selected WEIBUILD after extensive technical evaluations. The current sample acceptance focused on two core processes: interior wall plastering and painting. WEIBUILD's dedicated overseas "construction team" participated comprehensively in operations, with Dr. Mao Jiazhen, WEIBUILD's (CTO), providing on-site technical explanations. WEIBUILD's plastering robot demonstrated a "3-minute plastering cycle" efficiency, achieving 8–10 times higher productivity compared to traditional manual methods. Key metrics such as wall flatness, verticality, and plaster evenness met or exceeded industry standards. For painting processes, WEIBUILD's painting&spraying robot delivered 200㎡/hour putty spraying capacity and 300㎡/hour latex painting efficiency, achieving over 95% coverage rate—significantly surpassing industry benchmarks.
