"Welcome to the Modon Holding UAE delegation visiting Shanghai Weijian Technology, jointly exploring new opportunities for regional cooperation in construction robotics!"
On May 13, a delegation from Modon Holding visited WEIBUILD's headquarters in Shanghai for a dedicated exchange on construction robotics applications, regional deployment pathways, and potential cooperation models. Dr. Liang Yanxue, Founder and CEO of WEIBUILD, together with Head of Strategy and Corporate Finance Ye Junwei and other core team members, received the delegation and held in-depth discussions on smart construction demand in the UAE, project implementation experience, and potential next steps for cooperation.

The delegation toured WEIBUILD's laboratory and product display area, observing live demonstrations of core products including plastering and painting robots. Dr. Liang introduced WEIBUILD's self-developed construction robotics portfolio, covering plastering robots, painting robots, and intelligent rebar processing systems. He noted that WEIBUILD builds on industrial robotics-grade engineering capabilities, integrating embodied AI, motion control, perception, navigation, precision hardware, and construction process understanding to develop highly reliable construction embodied robots that are practical and easy for construction workers to use in real jobsite environments.

During the subsequent roundtable discussion, the two sides exchanged views on the potential for scaled deployment of WEIBUILD robots in the UAE. WEIBUILD's plastering and painting robots have already been applied in UAE projects, including residential projects in Dubai Marina and Sharjah. These deployments have validated the products under challenging local conditions such as high temperatures and dust, and have received positive feedback from local partners. The project experience demonstrates the adaptability and reliability of WEIBUILD's products on UAE jobsites and provides a practical foundation for broader deployment in key real estate and infrastructure projects across the country.

The delegation spoke highly of WEIBUILD's technological progress and practical application results in construction robotics, noting that the UAE continues to advance high-quality development and construction. The market has concrete demand for improving construction efficiency, addressing high-temperature working environments, and optimizing on-site labor organization. The visit further deepened the delegation's understanding of the current application status and deployment conditions for construction robots, while helping both sides clarify pathways for introducing intelligent construction solutions into specific projects and advancing local cooperation in the UAE.

Dr. Liang stated that WEIBUILD will continue to advance its global development with an open approach and regards the UAE as one of its important overseas strategic markets. Building on WEIBUILD's successful project experience and localized application know-how in the UAE, the company looks forward to taking this exchange as a starting point to work with UAE partners to explore scaled construction robotics deployment in key local projects and jointly build a new smart construction ecosystem.

The in-depth exchange with Modon Holding created a new starting point for both sides to explore the introduction of smart construction solutions into key real estate and infrastructure projects in the UAE. It also laid an important foundation for WEIBUILD to further deepen its UAE market presence and connect Chinese smart construction technologies and products with international market demand.
