The Weijian high-rise wall painting robot can spray up to 5.9 meters high on walls and 6.4 meters high on ceilings, covering high-altitude areas without the need for scaffolding, thus addressing safety hazards and efficiency bottlenecks in high-altitude operations. It supports large-scale operations covering over 1000 square meters, eliminating the need for setting up reference barriers. It is ready to use immediately and can navigate flexibly even in complex building structures, ensuring efficient painting.

One station with four spraying heads, significantly enhancing spraying efficiency

The original "one-station four-spray" design allows for the completion of four-column spraying operations at a single station, significantly reducing equipment shifting time and enhancing construction continuity and overall efficiency. The putty spraying rate is 300 square meters per hour, and the latex paint spraying rate is 400 square meters per hour. Under continuous long wall conditions, the putty spraying efficiency increases to 450 square meters per hour, and the latex paint spraying efficiency increases to 650 square meters per hour, far exceeding the levels of traditional manual labor and similar equipment.

With a coverage rate of 95%, the bay window in the entrance is fully covered

The spray coverage rate is over 95%, far exceeding industry standards. The paint film thickness is uniform and stable, with no color difference. The Weijian spray robot can automatically identify areas such as beams, bay windows, and entryways, intelligently plan the optimal construction path, improve spray quality, and save materials.

AI + offline simulation, full-process digital collaboration

Utilizing AI intelligent algorithms and offline simulation software, the robot achieves full-process digital collaboration, enabling real-time perception and analysis of the construction environment, detection of collision risks, and automatic planning of optimal construction paths. The offline simulation 3D visualization interface allows for a preview of the construction path, spraying effects, and material usage estimates. Upon completion of planning, a coverage heatmap is generated to visually display the spraying effects. This truly achieves simulation before construction, monitoring during construction, and traceability after construction.

The paint film is uniform in thickness, indicating a good spraying effect

The Weijian spray painting robot is equipped with an internal tilt compensation function that calibrates the distance between the nozzle and the wall in real time, ensuring uniform paint film thickness. The variable spraying range technology can automatically adjust the spraying range according to the width of the wall, saving 15% to 20% of materials compared to similar products while ensuring quality. The automatic calibration function of the main and secondary beams of the ceiling ensures precise spraying connection, eliminating missed and overlapping spraying, and strictly controlling construction quality.

The Weijian spray painting robot adopts an omnidirectional AGV mobile chassis equipped with four independently driven omnidirectional steering wheels.
