【 Project Case 】 Weijian High Wall Plastering Robot - Application in Pudong Development Shangcheng Science and Technology Innovation Intelligent Valley Project
Recently, the highly anticipated "Jinqiao Metro Overcover J9A-03 Plot · Pudong Development Shangcheng Science and Technology Innovation Intelligent Valley" research and commercial project officially
introduced Weijian Technology's high wall plastering robot. Faced with the challenge of interior wall plastering construction ranging from 4.5 meters to 5.5 meters, the Weijian high wall plastering robot
has injected hardcore technological strength into the project plastering project with its high efficiency and high-quality construction performance.

Pudong Development Zone Shangcheng Science and Technology Innovation Intelligent Valley is located in the Pudong North South Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. It is a key construction
project of the "Golden Central Ring Development Belt" in Pudong New Area and the first TOD station city integration project with three lines connected to the subway in Jinqiao Development Zone.

The total construction area of the J9A-03 plot for this project is approximately 200000 square meters, with plans to build high-rise research and development towers, multi story standalone research and
development buildings, and supporting commercial facilities. The project has a large number of high-rise spaces with a height of 4.5-5.5 meters, which poses special requirements for the spatial structure.
However, traditional manual plastering construction has many challenges such as low efficiency, large quality fluctuations, and high safety risks for high-altitude operations on such high walls.

The Weijian plastering robot adopts an efficient operation mode of "one touch in 3 minutes", with a plastering area of up to 70 square meters per hour, which is 8-10 times more efficient than traditional
manual labor. The flatness, verticality, and uniformity of plastering on the wall meet or even exceed industry standards. The plastering height can be flexibly operated within the range of 0 to 5.4 meters.
In response to the characteristics of a floor height of 4.5-5.5 meters in this project, the Weijian plastering robot demonstrates strong adaptability to working conditions.
The Weijian plastering robot integrates embodied intelligent perception, which can real-time correct operational deviations caused by changes in the on-site environment, and autonomously cope with
complex working conditions such as differences in wall flatness and ground undulations. By constructing a "digital twin" of the homework environment in real-time, Weijian Robotics has truly achieved
a 1:1 replica of the actual operating state of the virtual environment from "perception decision execution", making "virtual" become "real".

On site, only "two people in one team" (1 chief engineer and 1 engineer) are needed to complete 300m ² of construction per day. Weijian plastering robots are responsible for large-scale operations,
and the chief engineer is responsible for edge finishing. The mode of "human-machine collaboration" not only ensures the construction period, but also promotes the transformation of traditional
industry workers to "new industry workers".
